25、tedaconstruction of harmoni ous devel opme nt,reallyg oodjobnt, innovation manag半期星級(jí)學(xué)生的評(píng)比一般放在半期考試后的第一次班會(huì)時(shí)間進(jìn)行,期末星級(jí)學(xué)生的評(píng)比放在期末(具體時(shí)間由政教處另行通知)進(jìn)行。 評(píng)選時(shí)每位學(xué)生對(duì)照星級(jí)學(xué)生評(píng)比條件進(jìn)行自我評(píng)定,再由小組對(duì)該生的自評(píng)結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)議,寫(xiě)出評(píng)議結(jié)果,然后交班委評(píng)議。2、教師審核班主任根據(jù)學(xué)生自評(píng)、同學(xué)互評(píng),再聽(tīng)取年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)、學(xué)科老師的意見(jiàn)后確認(rèn)半期星級(jí)學(xué)生并報(bào)政教處審批。半期星級(jí)學(xué)生每班1 名 /類(lèi),共五名;期末星級(jí)學(xué)生每年級(jí)6名 /類(lèi),共12 名。3、學(xué)校授星政教處審批

26、確認(rèn)后的星級(jí)學(xué)生均由學(xué)校在半期和學(xué)期末進(jìn)行公示表彰獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。(四) 星級(jí)學(xué)生名單的提供和上報(bào)時(shí)間半期星級(jí)學(xué)生名單由各班主任提供,期末星級(jí)學(xué)生名單由班主任在期末組織學(xué)生評(píng)選后向年級(jí)組推薦,年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)綜合評(píng)定選出六名上報(bào)政教處。上報(bào)時(shí)間以政教處臨時(shí)通知為準(zhǔn)。(五)具體條件:1、文明禮儀星:禮貌待人有愛(ài)心,言行舉止講文明( 1)愛(ài)黨、愛(ài)國(guó)、愛(ài)學(xué)校、愛(ài)班集體、有上進(jìn)心。( 2) 遵守 中學(xué)生守則、 中學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范和校紀(jì)校規(guī)。課間文明休息,講文明、懂禮貌。( 3)穿戴整齊、樸素大方、不燙發(fā)、不染發(fā)、不化妝、不佩戴首飾、不穿奇裝異服、男生不留長(zhǎng)發(fā)、女生不穿高跟鞋。( 4)尊敬師長(zhǎng)、孝敬父母、能虛心聽(tīng)取老師家
