電機(jī)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)Motor 磁場(chǎng)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)-Magneticstartswitch2、按鍵功能概念：/人工：初始在“自動(dòng)”狀態(tài)，此按鍵用來(lái)對(duì)設(shè)備測(cè)量方式是選用人工測(cè)量仍是自動(dòng)測(cè)量進(jìn)展選擇。/運(yùn)行：初始在“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)，此按鍵用來(lái)對(duì)設(shè)備是進(jìn)展測(cè)量運(yùn)行仍是進(jìn)展參數(shù)設(shè)定的狀態(tài)進(jìn)展選擇。c〔快速設(shè)定〕3)、磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度顯示：4)、數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置的操作：設(shè)置功能主假設(shè)是設(shè)置在進(jìn)展自動(dòng)測(cè)量時(shí)要到達(dá)的磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度值，具體操作如下：〔即狀態(tài)指示區(qū)內(nèi)的設(shè)置燈亮起〕值應(yīng)為“0000250mT，那么按住“加一”鍵進(jìn)展設(shè)置調(diào)整，使“磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度顯示區(qū)”的數(shù)碼管顯示為“0250”即可，如數(shù)值大于預(yù)設(shè)值，可按“減一”鍵進(jìn)展調(diào)整。、樣品測(cè)量〔磁性物含量測(cè)量：b“0000c、按“設(shè)置/運(yùn)行”按鍵，將操縱器調(diào)回“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)，查看上一次預(yù)設(shè)值與本次測(cè)量“減一”鍵調(diào)整，如每次測(cè)量時(shí)用到的磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度值一樣那么無(wú)需每次設(shè)定。d、確信操縱器在“自動(dòng)”狀態(tài)。e、確信設(shè)備其他工作已經(jīng)做好，如：水桶的固定，水桶內(nèi)是不是已加水，玻璃管位置是不是適合等。h、按下操縱器面板上的“開頭/度后停頓。、人工/手動(dòng)測(cè)量：a、將整機(jī)操縱器送電〔步驟與自動(dòng)測(cè)量初始步驟一樣。b、按操縱器面板上“自動(dòng)/人工”鍵，將操縱器調(diào)整在“人工”狀態(tài)下。是適合等。f測(cè)量工作。、留意事項(xiàng)：a鍵不同步顯示。b、在設(shè)備進(jìn)展測(cè)量工作進(jìn)程中，磁場(chǎng)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)應(yīng)維持在“開啟狀態(tài)勿碰觸“磁場(chǎng)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)”。c源開關(guān)”同時(shí)關(guān)閉，然后安正常操作挨次從頭啟動(dòng)。磁性物含量測(cè)定操作規(guī)程(建議利用)：Operatinginstructionformeasurementofmagneticcontent(suggestions):第一，檢查電源是不是正常，接線是不是正確，水桶是不是有水，玻璃管位置是不是適合。手動(dòng)盤車，確保設(shè)備運(yùn)行正常。Atfirst,inspectwhetherthepowersupplyisnormal,whetherthewiringisaccurate,whetherthereiswaterinthewatertankandwhetherthepositionoftheglasstubeissuitable.Manuallyoperatethejiggertoguaranteethattheequipmentoperatenormally.將烘干(烘干時(shí)溫度不超過(guò)100℃)的試樣縮取試樣質(zhì)量

m0=20g±20mg，將試樣裝入一個(gè)容積為1000ml500ml5分鐘，攪拌時(shí)要確保顆粒充分地潮濕。mExtract 0 =20g±20mgdriedsample(thetemperatureshallnotexceed100℃duringdrying).Putthesampleintoabeakerwith1000mlvolume,addsuitableamountofalcoholandabout500mlwater,mixthemandputthemstillfor5minutes.Duringmixing,guaranteethattheparticlesarefullywetted.操作操縱器，調(diào)整磁場(chǎng)至所需磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度值?，F(xiàn)在，磁極兩頭到達(dá)了所需磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度。磁場(chǎng)15g～20g場(chǎng)對(duì)磁性物磁性要求來(lái)確信磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度。一樣將磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度調(diào)整到150mT～250mT。Turnonthe“magneticfieldpowersupply“switch,adjust“magneticfieldintensity“knob(theclockwisedirectionistheincreasedirectionofthemagneticfieldintensity)totherequiredmagneticfieldintensityvalue.Thebothendsofthepolereachtotherequiredmagneticfieldintensity.Themagneticfieldintensityisadjustedinaccordancewiththemagneticperformanceofthemagneticsubstanceandtherequirementofthefieldonthemagneticsubstance.Generally,thetakensampleshouldcontain15～20gmagneticsubstance.Ifthereismagneticsubstanceinthesampleorthemagneticsubstanceisweakinmagneticperformance,themagneticfieldintensityshouldbeimproved.Themagneticfieldintensitycanalsobedeterminedinaccordancewiththemagneticperformancerequirementofthefieldonthemagneticperformance.Generally,adjustthemagneticfieldintensityto150mT～250mT.將“電機(jī)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)”翻開?，F(xiàn)在，電機(jī)帶動(dòng)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)及玻璃管開頭工作。Turnonthe“motorpowersupply“.Bythistime,themotordrivesthedrivingmechanismandtheglasstubetogointooperation.用管夾夾緊玻璃管下端出口軟管，先往玻璃管參加清水，直到水面高于兩磁極約50mm處(確保下一步所加磁性物懸浮于水中)，然后將燒杯中的磁性物混合液體緩緩地倒入漏斗(玻璃管中液面不得太高，約距漏斗處50mm，確保液體不從玻璃管上口溢出)，同時(shí)翻開玻2500ml磁性物混合液體均倒入玻璃管后，再緩緩參加清水(確保磁性物懸浮于水中)，非磁性物質(zhì)隨水流下沉直至排出管外，磁性物顆粒在磁力作用下附著于管壁兩磁極處，直至排出液體再也不含雜質(zhì)。Clamptheoutlethoseatlowerendoftheglasstubewithatubeclip.Addclearwaterintotheglasstubeatfirst,untilthewatersurfaceisabovethetwopolesby50mm(guaranteethatthemagneticsubstanceaddedatnextstepsuspendsinwater).Decantslowlythemagneticfluidmixturesinthebeakerintothefunnel(theliquidlevelintheglasstubeshallnotbeoverhigh,andabout50mmtothefunnel.Theliquidcannotoverflowfromupperportoftheglasstube).Removethetubeclipatlowerpartoftheglasstube,sothattheliquidslowlyflowsintothebeakerwith2500mlvolume.Afterdecantingthefluidmixturesofmagneticsubstanceintotheglasstubewhentheglasstubeandtheliquidareinmovement,slowlyaddclearwater(guaranteethatthemagneticsubstancesuspendsinwater).substancessubsidisewithwaterstreamtilltheyaredischarged.Themagneticsubstanceparticlesareattachedtotwopolesofthetubewallunderthemagneticfunction,tillthereisnoimpurityinthedischargedliquid.斷開。電機(jī)停頓工作。松開管夾，排出玻璃管內(nèi)清水。Whenthereisnoimpurityinthedischargedliquid,stopaddingclearwater,clampthedrainagetubewiththetubeclip.Turnoffthe“motorpowersupply“switch,themotorstopsoperating.Loosenthetubeclipanddischargetheclearwaterintheglasstube.M0的500ml至磁場(chǎng)為0000將玻璃管拆下并左右轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，同時(shí)從漏斗處漸漸參加清水沖洗，把磁性物從玻璃管中沖洗干凈，搜集到燒杯中。Putacleananddry500mlbeakerwithM0qualityatoutletoftheglasstube.offthe“magneticfieldpowersupply“switchtocutoffthemagneticfield.Removetheglasstube
