智能材料結(jié)構(gòu)中力與多物理場耦合理論及結(jié)構(gòu)損傷/斷裂理論本研究方向的成員主要基于多物理場理論和超聲波相關(guān)理論技術(shù),利用新型的微納米級的鐵電功能材料,創(chuàng)新地提出了針對各類材料與結(jié)構(gòu)(尤其是航空材料結(jié)構(gòu))中的毫米級的損傷進(jìn)行的檢測和監(jiān)測相關(guān)理論與技術(shù)。團(tuán)隊(duì)形成了較強(qiáng)的凝聚力和良好的學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣,產(chǎn)生了較高水平的科研成果,以下為研究骨干在近幾年以來已完成的代表性階段成果:(1)超聲相控陣損傷檢測中PFC換能器的研究項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人:駱英研究骨干:王自平、趙國旗、韓偉、虞波研究了PZT、PMN-PT等系統(tǒng)壓電陶瓷的組成、制備技術(shù)和性能,創(chuàng)新地提出了用有序生長制備技術(shù)制造壓電纖維復(fù)合材料及智能驅(qū)動/傳感器件的新方法。建立了一種基于新型PFC相控陣超聲驅(qū)動/傳感器件的超聲相控陣檢測系統(tǒng),并成功應(yīng)用于金屬結(jié)構(gòu)和混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷檢測,研制了接近國際水平的相控陣超聲檢測系統(tǒng)的原型機(jī)。

基于PFC超聲相控陣驅(qū)動/傳感器件的相控陣檢測結(jié)果(2)基于聲發(fā)射(AE)技術(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測方法研究骨干:駱英、顧愛軍、AdudrumMarfo、劉紅光、歐曉林AE技術(shù)作為一項(xiàng)獨(dú)特的無損檢測方法在各工程領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,在土木工程領(lǐng)域也顯示出巨大的潛力。研究了鋼筋與混凝土間粘結(jié)滑移的聲發(fā)射特性,并開始應(yīng)用于預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、玻璃幕墻等結(jié)構(gòu)的無損檢測中,研究將數(shù)字圖像相干法(DIC)與AE監(jiān)測技術(shù)相結(jié)合,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證損傷監(jiān)測的準(zhǔn)確性,為工程結(jié)構(gòu)聲發(fā)射檢測中利用AE特性進(jìn)行損傷識別奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

b)c)d)利用DIC方法測得的水平應(yīng)變場判斷混凝土裂縫的形成和擴(kuò)展a)、b)、c),應(yīng)變場的演化,d)宏觀裂縫(3)基于新型應(yīng)變梯度傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷監(jiān)測技術(shù)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人:駱英研究骨干:徐晨光、李康、桑勝、王晶晶、李興家在近10年跟蹤前沿研究新型鐵電功能材料及智能器件的基礎(chǔ)上,揭示微米級撓曲電材料的力/電能量轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系,基于微米級撓曲電結(jié)構(gòu)對微損傷尖端附件的應(yīng)變梯度極其敏感的特性,研制用于監(jiān)測結(jié)構(gòu)損傷的新型應(yīng)變梯度傳感器,實(shí)現(xiàn)在線監(jiān)測損傷導(dǎo)致的應(yīng)變梯度,進(jìn)而達(dá)到超前監(jiān)測結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)力集中區(qū)域損傷的萌生?;谛滦蛻?yīng)變梯度傳感器的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷監(jiān)測(4)基于機(jī)電阻抗法的結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測技術(shù)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人:許伯強(qiáng)研究骨干:徐桂東、徐晨光、來鍇研究了激光超聲波在不同介質(zhì)中的激發(fā)、傳播機(jī)理。針對傳統(tǒng)高頻機(jī)電阻抗(EMI)方法只能定性評價損傷,創(chuàng)新地提出研制具有高精度的自適應(yīng)功能的定量EMI結(jié)構(gòu)微損傷快速監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。利用譜有限元(SEM)逆算法由監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中的導(dǎo)納變化提取結(jié)構(gòu)損傷程度及位置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了既能精確定位又能精確評價損傷程度的目標(biāo)。形成了新的EMI微損傷監(jiān)測技術(shù)及相關(guān)理論。(5)發(fā)光光彈性涂層(LPC)法在應(yīng)變分析中的應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人:花世群在理論上對一種只含有發(fā)光染料的單層發(fā)光光彈性涂層結(jié)構(gòu)采用斜射方法應(yīng)變分離進(jìn)行了分析,提出對激發(fā)光波斜入射發(fā)光光彈性涂層時,通過對分析鏡轉(zhuǎn)動過程中所采集到的總發(fā)光信號強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行正弦擬合進(jìn)而獲取涂層面內(nèi)次主應(yīng)變差的方法,是既適用于平面物體又可應(yīng)用于具有三維復(fù)雜幾何結(jié)構(gòu)物體處于靜態(tài)或動態(tài)加載條件下的應(yīng)變測量技術(shù)。圖像采集裝置圖徑向壓縮圓盤圖像采集結(jié)果(6)基于疊加偏移成像技術(shù)的混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)損傷檢測技術(shù)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人:駱英研究骨干:顧建祖、李忠芳、王自平、周春杰借鑒地球物理勘探中偏移成像理論創(chuàng)新地建立了工程結(jié)構(gòu)無損檢測中的疊前偏移成像檢測理論與相關(guān)技術(shù),構(gòu)建了可在單面檢測、高分辨率,可視化顯示結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部缺陷形狀、大小和方位的無損檢測技術(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置
