1、養(yǎng)成物品擺放有序的好習(xí)慣一年一班 張麗華我國著名的教育家葉圣陶先生認(rèn)為“教育就是養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣”。著名教育家陶行知先生也曾說過“播種行為就會收獲習(xí)慣,播種習(xí)慣就會收獲性格,播種性格就收獲命運。”良好的行為習(xí)慣是促進(jìn)一個人健康成長的重要條件,是健全人格形成的基礎(chǔ)。一年級學(xué)生剛剛邁進(jìn)學(xué)校,可以說許許多多良好習(xí)慣都尚未養(yǎng)成,作為老師應(yīng)該一點一點幫助孩子養(yǎng)成各種好習(xí)慣,不僅為孩子的的健康成長奠定基礎(chǔ),也會減輕以后的工作負(fù)擔(dān)。所以我決定從最基礎(chǔ)的物品擺放入手,先幫助學(xué)生養(yǎng)成物品擺放有序的好習(xí)慣。一、讓學(xué)生體會到物品擺放有序的好處1、干凈整齊會給人賞心悅目的感覺,看到干凈整潔、擺放有序的物品,從內(nèi)心里會很高興,

2、相反,看到亂糟糟的東西,心里會很不舒服、很不自在。2、物品擺放有序,有利于查找、選擇和使用,物品的應(yīng)用更加方便、順手,提高做事效率,而雜亂無章,則會適得其反。二、教給學(xué)生有序擺放物品的方法。1、早晨到校后的準(zhǔn)備:每天早晨來到學(xué)校,照著黑板上的課程表做好第一節(jié)課的課前準(zhǔn)備,第一節(jié)課一般是數(shù)學(xué)課或者語文課。首先把課本拿出來,再拿課上要用的練習(xí)本,用學(xué)具的或?qū)懽志毩?xí)的也要拿出來,按照從小到大放整齊,再把筆袋豎著壓在上面,兩個人的課前準(zhǔn)備要放在桌面中間,對在一起,放在外邊來回走路容易碰到地上。再按照課表把其它課要用的書本等物品拿出來,可以按照從小到大的順序擺放、也可以按照學(xué)科擺放,把每一學(xué)科的東西放到

3、一起,按課表順序從上到下壘整齊放到座位的右邊,當(dāng)天要用的其它物品,比如:紙巾、飯勺、跳繩、鞋套等生活用品各用盒或者小袋裝好放到生活資料袋中,這個生活資料袋放到座位的左邊。然后把書包放到后面的柜子里,書包口一律朝著后門的方向。2、課前、課上準(zhǔn)備:上完每節(jié)課后,先把下一課的課前準(zhǔn)備按要求做好,再做自己的事情,喝水、上廁所等。課上用到鉛筆就拿鉛筆,用到小尺就拿小尺,用完后馬上推到筆袋旁邊,不準(zhǔn)放在桌子中間一會兒看看,一會兒拿在手里擺弄玩,分散學(xué)習(xí)精力。3、清掃用具擺放。每個同學(xué)清掃用具在哪兒拿的就放到哪兒去,怎么拿的就怎么放回去。比如:笤帚、撮子、抹布,臉盆在柜子里拿的就要放到柜子里,抹布是疊整齊放

4、的,放回時也要疊整齊,拖布桶子放在后面,用完后整齊的放到后門角處。踩著凳子擦黑板的,擦完黑板凳子放回原位。桌椅板凳橫豎壓線擺齊。三、督促、檢查、評比,促習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成。以上這些方法不是靠講一講就能實施的很好,正如看花容易繡花難,除了老師一邊又一邊的示范指導(dǎo)外,每天不斷的提醒、負(fù)責(zé)人及時的檢查,多種評價方式的運用,才是學(xué)生良好擺放習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成的有效保障。每節(jié)課下課,課前準(zhǔn)備長都督促同學(xué)做好課前準(zhǔn)備,同桌先互相檢查課前準(zhǔn)備,課前準(zhǔn)備長再逐個檢查。老對倆間操、中午、下午放學(xué)三次檢查座位內(nèi)物品擺放,偶爾放學(xué)后老師會抽查座位內(nèi)衛(wèi)生,如果有問題,老師會把名單記在黑板上,第二天早晨反饋。每天的衛(wèi)生檢查長按照要求檢查學(xué)

5、生清掃情況。每天放學(xué)前對以上所有情況進(jìn)行總結(jié),學(xué)生一天中表現(xiàn)很好,沒有被批評的獎勵一個紅花。別看一個小小的紅花,對學(xué)生的激勵作用可是不可估量的。一學(xué)期即將結(jié)束,在以上保障措施的激勵下,絕大部分學(xué)生的良好習(xí)慣在逐漸養(yǎng)成,已經(jīng)有不少同學(xué)把這些變成自覺行為,還有部分同學(xué)仍需要不斷督促檢查。學(xué)生良好習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成不是一朝一夕的事,需反復(fù)抓,抓反復(fù),昨日的習(xí)慣已經(jīng)造就今日的我們,今日的習(xí)慣決定明天的我們。讓我們從現(xiàn)在做起,從今天做起,養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣,做一個合格的小學(xué)生,共同創(chuàng)造輝煌的未來。eo8wgqv7xav2ohum32wgeauwydiawgmer4i30ka1dkaghn3xtkknbycudx
