Introduction原蘇聯(lián)在50年代就開(kāi)始幫助我國(guó)在工程建設(shè)中使用二氧化碳滅火系統(tǒng),1977年國(guó)產(chǎn)二氧化碳自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)通過(guò)國(guó)家鑒定。自此,我國(guó)二氧化碳自動(dòng)滅火技術(shù)開(kāi)始快速發(fā)展,如今二氧化碳自動(dòng)滅火系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)不論在產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)還是在產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用方面都屬于非常成熟的一種滅火技術(shù)。Since 1950s, with the help of former Soviet Union, China has begun to use CO2 fire extinguishing systems in engin

2、eering construction. In 1977, domestically made automatic CO2 fire extinguishing systems passed national verification, since then, the technology of CO2 fire extinguishing systems in China has rapidly developed. Nowadays, no matter in production or in application, this fire fighting technique has be

3、come very mature in China.二氧化碳是一種不導(dǎo)電、惰性、低毒性、滅火后不留污染物良好的滅火劑,且來(lái)源廣泛、生產(chǎn)容易、價(jià)格低廉。二氧化碳滅火主要是窒息作用,并有少量的冷卻降溫作用。廣泛應(yīng)用于電廠、電站、軋機(jī)、印刷機(jī)、浸漬油槽、造漆、制藥等易發(fā)生火災(zāi)的重要部位的消防保護(hù),以及計(jì)算機(jī)房、圖書(shū)館、檔案館、珍品庫(kù)、電訊中心等場(chǎng)所。CO2 is a non-conductive, inert and low-toxicity extinguishing agent, without any pollutants left after fire suppression, which

4、is widely sourced, easily produced, inexpensive. System Configuration and Working Principles2.1系統(tǒng)組成:二氧化碳?xì)怏w滅火系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于全淹沒(méi)系統(tǒng)和局部淹沒(méi)系統(tǒng),按組成方式不同又可分為組合分配系統(tǒng)和單元獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)。組合分配系統(tǒng)(combined distribution systems)即用一套氣體滅火劑儲(chǔ)存裝置通過(guò)管網(wǎng)的選擇分配,保護(hù)兩個(gè)或兩個(gè)以上防護(hù)區(qū)的滅火系統(tǒng)

14、。如果是用一套滅火劑貯存裝置單獨(dú)保護(hù)一個(gè)防護(hù)區(qū),就稱為單元獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)。2.1 System Configuration: CO2 fire extinguishing systems are applicable to total flooding systems and local flooding systems, and divided into combined distribution systems and unit-independent systems by configuration method. A combined distribution system refers t

15、o a fire extinguishing system using one gas extinguishing agent storage device to protect two or more protection areas in the manner of distribution through pipe network. If one gas extinguishing agent storage device is used for a separate protection area only, it is called unit-independent system.2

16、.2控制方式:2.2 Control Modes:本系統(tǒng)主要有自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)、機(jī)械應(yīng)急手動(dòng)和緊急啟動(dòng)/停止四種控制方式,控制過(guò)程參見(jiàn)控制流程圖: This system is provided with auto mode, manual mode, mechanically emergency manual mode and emergency start/stop mode. 18、up Fire ExtinguishingDischarge DisplayElectrically Manual ModeProtection Area for Evacuation(1)自動(dòng)控制方式:滅火控制系統(tǒng)可以配置感煙火災(zāi)探測(cè)器、感溫火災(zāi)探測(cè)器、火焰探測(cè)器或其它種類探測(cè)器,控制器本身有“自動(dòng)”和“手動(dòng)”控制方式選擇功能,當(dāng)選擇成“自動(dòng)”方式時(shí),控制器處于自動(dòng)控制狀態(tài)。(1) Automatic Control Mode: The fire control system can be equipped with smoke fire detectors, heat fire detec

19、tors, flame detectors, or other types of detectors, and the controller itself has “automatic” and “manual” control modes for selection. When in “auto” mode, the controller is in automatic control status.自動(dòng)控制方式時(shí),當(dāng)同一個(gè)保護(hù)區(qū)內(nèi)只有一種探測(cè)器檢測(cè)到火災(zāi)跡象時(shí),控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出火警聲和光信號(hào),通知有異常情況發(fā)生,而不啟動(dòng)滅火裝置釋放滅火劑。如工作人員確認(rèn)火災(zāi)確實(shí)發(fā)生,確需啟動(dòng)滅火裝置滅火時(shí),可

20、按下“緊急啟動(dòng)按鈕”,即可啟動(dòng)滅火裝置實(shí)施滅火;當(dāng)有兩種探測(cè)器同時(shí)檢測(cè)到火災(zāi)跡象時(shí),控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出聲音信號(hào),通知有火災(zāi)發(fā)生,有關(guān)人員應(yīng)立即撤離現(xiàn)場(chǎng),并發(fā)出聯(lián)動(dòng)指令,關(guān)閉風(fēng)機(jī)、防火閥等聯(lián)動(dòng)設(shè)備,經(jīng)過(guò)030s延時(shí)后,控制器發(fā)出滅火信號(hào),電動(dòng)開(kāi)啟氮?dú)怛?qū)動(dòng)裝置,驅(qū)動(dòng)氣體會(huì)打開(kāi)對(duì)應(yīng)的二氧化碳滅火瓶組實(shí)施滅火;如在控制器延時(shí)過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)并不需要啟動(dòng)滅火裝置,此時(shí)可按下保護(hù)區(qū)外的或控制器操作面板上的“緊急停止按扭”,即可終止控制滅火指令的發(fā)出。Under the automatic control mode, when only one type of detector detects fire in a pr

21、otection area, the control system will send out fire alarm sound and a light signal notifying unusual circumstance, without initiating the extinguishing agent release device. If the staff confirm a fire does occur which requires the fire extinguishing device, please press the “emergency start button

22、” to start the fire extinguishing device; when there are two types of detectors simultaneously detect signs of fire, the control system will send out a sound signal notifying the fire, and relevant personnel should immediately evacuate from the site and issue an linkage command to turn off fans, fir

23、e dampers and other devices linked, and after a time delay of 0 30s, the controller will send out a fire extinguishing signal, upon which, the motor will start the nitrogen driving device to use the driving gas to open CO2 extinguishing agent bottle group; if, during the time delay, the fire extingu

24、ishing is found not needed, please press the “emergency stop button” outside the protection area or on the controller panel to stop the command.(2)手動(dòng)控制方式:當(dāng)選擇成“手動(dòng)”控制方式時(shí),滅火控制器處于手動(dòng)控制狀態(tài)。無(wú)論那類探測(cè)器檢測(cè)到火情或誤報(bào)警,控制器只發(fā)出火災(zāi)聲光報(bào)警信號(hào),而不啟動(dòng)滅火裝置,需經(jīng)人員觀察后確認(rèn)火災(zāi)已發(fā)生,方可按下保護(hù)區(qū)外或控制器操作面板上的“緊急啟動(dòng)按鈕”,即可啟動(dòng)滅火裝置實(shí)施滅火。無(wú)論裝置處于自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)狀態(tài),按下任何緊急啟動(dòng)

25、按扭,都可啟動(dòng)滅火裝置實(shí)施滅火。同時(shí)控制器立即進(jìn)入滅火報(bào)警狀態(tài)。(2) Manual Control Mode: Under the manual control mode, the fire controller will be manual operated. No mater which type of detector detects a fire or makes any false alarm, the controller will send out an acousto-optic fire alarm signal only, rather than starting the

26、 fire extinguishing device, and do not pressure the “emergency start button” outside the protection area or on the controller panel to implement fire extinguishing until the fire is confirmed by the staff. Regardless of the control mode, the fire extinguishing device can be initiated by pressing any

27、 emergency start button, and the controller will enter into the fire alarm status immediately.(3)應(yīng)急機(jī)械啟動(dòng)工作方式:用于控制器失效時(shí),當(dāng)職守人員確認(rèn)火災(zāi)已經(jīng)發(fā)生,應(yīng)立即通知現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有人員撤離現(xiàn)場(chǎng),并停止一切有可能影響滅火效果的設(shè)備,在確定所有人員撤離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后,方可按以下步驟實(shí)施應(yīng)急機(jī)械啟動(dòng):拔掉氮?dú)怛?qū)動(dòng)裝置電磁鐵手動(dòng)柄上的保險(xiǎn)銷,用力向下拍擊手動(dòng)柄,氮?dú)饧纯舍尫?,氮?dú)鈺?huì)按事先設(shè)置好的路徑打開(kāi)滅火劑儲(chǔ)存瓶組是防滅火劑。(3) Emergency Mechanical Mode: This mode i

28、s applied at the controller failure. When the person on duty confirms a fire has occurred, he/she shall immediately notify all personnel on site to evacuate and turn off all equipment that may affect fire extinguishing. After all personnel evacuate from the site, take the following steps to make an

29、emergency mechanical start: Pull the safety pin out from the electromagnet manual handle of the nitrogen driving device, and then firmly slap down the manual handle to release the nitrogen which will open the extinguishing agent storage bottles to release extinguishing agent as preset.三、系統(tǒng)主要部件III. 31、extinguishing agent pipeline fittings and gas bottle racks.3.1 滅火劑儲(chǔ)存鋼瓶3.1 Extinguishing Agent Storage Bottles 滅火劑儲(chǔ)存鋼瓶由高壓無(wú)縫鋼瓶、瓶頭閥(含安全閥)、虹吸管、氣驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置組成。充裝介質(zhì)為CO2充裝壓力為5.17MPa。Every extinguishing agent bottle is made of a high-pressure seamless bottle, a bottle valve (with safety valve), a siphon tube, and
