練習(xí)步驟：

聽(tīng)英文音頻，按照目前腦記能力和習(xí)慣及時(shí)停頓，對(duì)所聽(tīng)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行腦記訓(xùn)練；

看著文稿記筆記復(fù)述；

聽(tīng)音頻記筆記，找出筆記效率不高、邏輯不清的地方；

看著筆記，嘗試翻譯；

看課程，聽(tīng)老師講解中英文筆記技巧，對(duì)篇章進(jìn)行翻譯講解，請(qǐng)大家知曉。
