1、高等學(xué)校英語(yǔ)A級(jí)考試寫(xiě)作專題,華南師范大學(xué)增城學(xué)院外語(yǔ)系 主講教師：江文靜,寫(xiě)作,測(cè)試要求：A級(jí)考試一般都側(cè)重于應(yīng)用性文字（摘要，通告，信函，簡(jiǎn)歷表，申請(qǐng)書(shū)，協(xié)議書(shū)等）翻譯或?qū)懽鳌?測(cè)試形式：測(cè)試形式為主觀題?？傤}數(shù)為1題?？荚嚂r(shí)間為25分鐘。 測(cè)試目的：測(cè)試考生套寫(xiě)，書(shū)寫(xiě)，填寫(xiě)，翻譯應(yīng)用性短文，信函，填寫(xiě)英文表格及其他簡(jiǎn)短的實(shí)用性文字的能力。,寫(xiě)作,這里介紹考試中常用的寫(xiě)作文體： 1 商務(wù)信函 2 電子郵件 3 征稿啟事 4 招聘廣告 5 通知公告,寫(xiě)作,應(yīng)試指導(dǎo) 1 審題 首先應(yīng)該確定要采用的文體。 2 構(gòu)思 構(gòu)思是對(duì)審題的進(jìn)一步延伸。因此考生應(yīng)該考慮如何突出文章的寫(xiě)作要求。 3 動(dòng)筆 在

2、寫(xiě)作過(guò)程中英盡可能用自己有把握的詞語(yǔ)和熟練運(yùn)用的句型來(lái)表達(dá)思想。,寫(xiě)作,4 修改完善 （1）從全局進(jìn)行檢查修改。主要是文章的格式內(nèi)容是否符合題目要求。 （2）局部檢查，即段落層次上的檢查。檢查的重點(diǎn)是段內(nèi)各句銜接是否緊湊，語(yǔ)義是否連貫，要避免使用含有歧義的句子以及不必要的重復(fù)。 （3）語(yǔ)言檢查，句子是否完整，語(yǔ)句是否符合語(yǔ)法。 （4）檢查標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)。大小寫(xiě)是否符合寫(xiě)作規(guī)范。 總之，修改后的文章符合商務(wù)寫(xiě)作的7C 要求，即Courtesy(禮貌）, Consideration（體諒）, Completeness（完整）, Clarity（清楚）,Conciseness（簡(jiǎn)潔）, Concreten

8、ng） 現(xiàn)在完成進(jìn)行時(shí)是現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)態(tài)與進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)的結(jié)合，既有現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)態(tài)的特點(diǎn)也有進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)的特點(diǎn)。一般表示長(zhǎng)時(shí)間地做某事或長(zhǎng)期從事某項(xiàng)職業(yè)。 Examples: (1)They have been watching television for a long time. (2)I have been looking forward to your gift for a whole year. 2 條件狀語(yǔ)從句 在句子中作條件狀語(yǔ)的從句稱為條件狀語(yǔ)從句。條件狀語(yǔ)從句可置于句首也可以置于句尾，有時(shí)還可以置于主語(yǔ)和謂語(yǔ)之間。引導(dǎo)條件狀語(yǔ)從句的常用引導(dǎo)詞：if, unless, as long as,

9、once, in case, on condition that, supposing that, providing that, provided that, given that 等。在條件狀語(yǔ)從句中，一般要用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)表示一般將來(lái)時(shí)，一般過(guò)去時(shí)表示過(guò)去將來(lái)時(shí)，現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)表示將來(lái)完成時(shí)。 Examples: If you do not learn to think when you are young, you may never learn. If we command our wealth, we shall be rich and free, if our wealth comman

Yours sincerely LiHua Manager of Marketing Department,寫(xiě)作,考點(diǎn)分析： 1 非限制性定語(yǔ)從句 定義：顧名思義就是對(duì)先行詞沒(méi)有特別限定的從句，常由who, whom, which, whose, as, when, where 等關(guān)系詞引導(dǎo)。 特點(diǎn)：非限制性定語(yǔ)從句起補(bǔ)充附帶說(shuō)明作用，缺少也不會(huì)影響全句子的理解。譯為漢語(yǔ)時(shí)常常不譯作定語(yǔ)，而根據(jù)句意翻譯為相應(yīng)的其他形式的從句。它與主句的關(guān)系不像限制性定語(yǔ)從句的關(guān)系緊密，只是對(duì)先行詞作附加說(shuō)明。即使去掉，主句的意思依然清楚

21、大學(xué)。 2 條件狀語(yǔ)從句 If 從句還表示不可實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件或根本不可能存在的條件，也就是一種虛擬的條件或假設(shè)，從句多用一般過(guò)去時(shí)或過(guò)去完成時(shí)。條件狀語(yǔ)從句分為真實(shí)條件狀語(yǔ)從句和非真實(shí)條件狀語(yǔ)從句。 If I were you, I wouldnt invite him to the party. 如果我是你，我不會(huì)邀請(qǐng)他參加聚會(huì)。 The flower would not have died if I had watered them before I left home. 如果我在離開(kāi)家之前澆了水，這些花就不會(huì)死了。,寫(xiě)作,Test Six Letter of Inquiry: David J
