Both parties have reached the follow ing agreeme nt throughcon sultati on:第一條 甲方自愿無償向乙方捐贈 _，自本協(xié)議簽訂之日起_日內(nèi)將捐款全部匯入乙方賬戶。乙方收到甲方贈與財(cái)產(chǎn)后 5 日內(nèi)向 甲方開具2捐贈收據(jù)。1. Party A

4、agrees to donat_ to Party B voluntarily. Fromthe date of sig ning of this agreeme nt, Party A shall remit the don ati on into PartyB s bank acco unt within_days. Party B shall write out a don ati on receipt toParty A within 5 days after receiving the donation.甲方承諾， 甲方履行本協(xié)議的行為符合國家有關(guān)法律、 法規(guī)和相關(guān)政 策的規(guī)定，所捐

10、staccord with the provisions of The Regulations of Foundation Management.第四條 甲方有權(quán)向乙方查詢捐款的使用、管理情況，并提出意見和 建議。對于甲方的查詢，乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)如實(shí)答復(fù)。4. Party A has the right to query Party B the use and management ofdonations and to put forward any proposals and comments. Party B should respondto Party As query truthfully.第

11、五條 甲方就捐贈進(jìn)行宣傳的過程中，涉及使用乙方的名稱、標(biāo)識、 圖片和文字等有關(guān)宣傳資料須經(jīng)乙方書面審定確認(rèn)。經(jīng)甲方要求，乙方可 以向甲方提供相關(guān)資料，協(xié)助甲方進(jìn)行宣傳。甲方違反本條約定，給乙方 造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失或聲譽(yù)損害的，應(yīng)承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。5. In the process of publicity for the donations, Party A has to obtain theexamination and confirmation from Party B when involving the use of Party B name,logo, pictures, texts and

With the request of PartyA, Party B may provide relevant material to Party A assisting with the publicity.where Party A violates this agreement and causes economic losses and reputation4damage of Party B, Party A shall be liable for compensating to Party B for anyl

13、osses.第六條 本協(xié)議經(jīng)甲乙雙方簽字蓋章之日起生效。6. This Agreement shall take effect from the date of both parties signed andsealed by force.第七條 本協(xié)議在履行過程中發(fā)生的爭議，由雙方協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不 成的，所涉爭議應(yīng)提交北京仲裁委員會由 3 名仲裁員依據(jù)北京仲裁委員會 屆時有效的仲裁規(guī)則以中文進(jìn)行仲裁解決。7. In case of any dispute or any divergences arising in the process ofperformance of this agree

In case no settlement can be reached for any dispute, thedisputes shall be submitted to Beijing Arbitration Commission and settled by threearbitrators in accordance with the Beijing Arbitration Commission Arbitratio
