1、做仁愛(ài)之師,共筑陽(yáng)光校園仁愛(ài)即用仁慈、寬容的心熱愛(ài)、喜愛(ài)、關(guān)愛(ài)、疼愛(ài)自己的教育對(duì)象。它體現(xiàn)在以下幾點(diǎn):(1) 、魯迅先生說(shuō)過(guò):教育是植根于愛(ài)的。一切事物的效果都是基于愛(ài)的基礎(chǔ)上。只有愛(ài)事業(yè)、愛(ài)孩子,才會(huì)讓教師走進(jìn)學(xué)生的心靈,如果不走進(jìn)孩子的世界,又如何切脈學(xué)生的內(nèi)心世界。正所謂“春江水暖鴨先知”。(2) 、做個(gè)有責(zé)任心的師者。蘇霍姆林斯基說(shuō):責(zé)任心是一種習(xí)慣性行為,也是一種很重要的素質(zhì),是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的人所必需的。做個(gè)有責(zé)任心的人要做到如下幾點(diǎn):首先要站好自己的崗。其次要敏捷正確,熟練、精細(xì)有效力的做好事。最后是目標(biāo)要明確,即做好為止。(3) 、要做個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)精通,銳意進(jìn)取的人。教師的本分、看家本領(lǐng)就

2、是要教好書(shū)、育好人。在此基礎(chǔ)上,在長(zhǎng)期的教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐中形成自己的教育教學(xué)風(fēng)格。以學(xué)生的現(xiàn)象反映來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)教師的教育效果。(4) 、關(guān)注過(guò)程重在實(shí)效。一切實(shí)效來(lái)自過(guò)程的精細(xì)化和行動(dòng)化。實(shí)效的獲得是實(shí)施過(guò)程中汗水付出的真實(shí)再現(xiàn)和智慧的凝練,來(lái)不得半的虛假。以一個(gè)現(xiàn)象的幾種角度我們共同來(lái)反思一下:現(xiàn)象一:每次我們質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)的試卷出來(lái)后,老師們急切地看著試卷,卷面拆封后,有喜悅、有內(nèi)心的懊惱、有無(wú)助、也有無(wú)語(yǔ)。究其現(xiàn)象我們從各種角度來(lái)反思一下,不難會(huì)見(jiàn)到幾種結(jié)論:角度一:教師強(qiáng)調(diào)的知識(shí),學(xué)生90%以上知識(shí)呈現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確,教師喜悅。為自己駕馭教材、把握重難點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)確,日常功夫下得到位而欣慰。角度二:教師強(qiáng)調(diào)的知識(shí),卷面

3、50%呈現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤,甚至更多。教師反思的應(yīng)是教師所傳授的知識(shí)與學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)消化之間的關(guān)系中,存在著強(qiáng)化過(guò)程的功夫下的到不到位的問(wèn)題,關(guān)注學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)過(guò)程的情況夠不夠,掌握知識(shí)的方法合不合理的問(wèn)題。角度三:卷面的知識(shí)點(diǎn)日常教學(xué)中沒(méi)有觸及到。那就應(yīng)反思自己的教學(xué)失誤在那里,是態(tài)度問(wèn)題還是業(yè)務(wù)水平的問(wèn)題,是對(duì)教材的理解還是教研活動(dòng)失誤問(wèn)題。角度四:卷面知識(shí)點(diǎn)就在書(shū)上,但學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)的正確比例較低。那就應(yīng)反思,在指導(dǎo)學(xué)生讀懂教材的方法上是否欠引導(dǎo)甚至引導(dǎo)不到位,是否幫助學(xué)生養(yǎng)成讀書(shū)的習(xí)慣;還有就是教師自身對(duì)教材的駕馭能力欠缺。角度五:卷面出現(xiàn)了靈活的、舉一反思的題型。學(xué)生失誤比例大。那就應(yīng)該反思日常對(duì)學(xué)生思維的訓(xùn)

4、練是否植根于基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的拓展中。如果不是那說(shuō)明學(xué)生的主動(dòng)求知欲望沒(méi)有被激燃,依然是一種被動(dòng)的接受。綜上幾點(diǎn),我們不難看出卷面監(jiān)測(cè)只是教學(xué)的一個(gè)縮影,然而在這個(gè)縮影中卻濃縮了教師的汗水與智慧,教師對(duì)學(xué)生愛(ài)與對(duì)事業(yè)的責(zé)任??陀^地說(shuō),學(xué)生間的智商差異性不是很大,只是在習(xí)慣、興趣、需要上是有別的,于是就出現(xiàn)了結(jié)果上的差異。法國(guó)教育家盧梭說(shuō):教育的問(wèn)題不僅僅在于教他們各種知識(shí),而在于培養(yǎng)他們有愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。教學(xué)是這樣,教育也同樣重視過(guò)程引導(dǎo):(1)、學(xué)生的行為習(xí)慣如:禮貌、坐立行姿勢(shì)、講衛(wèi)生、讀書(shū)、學(xué)習(xí)、思維等習(xí)慣將決定學(xué)生將來(lái)的命運(yùn)。有效借助成長(zhǎng)手冊(cè)幫助學(xué)生逐漸養(yǎng)成良好的行為習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。(2)、學(xué)生
