1、Oxford English Book 5B Module 2 Unit 3 School subjects 陳明之教學設(shè)計說明:學情分析:學生通過近五年的英語學習,已經(jīng)積累了一定數(shù)量的詞匯與一些重要的、常見的語法與時態(tài),具備了一定的聽說讀寫演的技能。我教的兩個班只有三分之一的學生具有語言學習和交流的欲望,愿意與同伴交流,有著較強的求知欲和表現(xiàn)欲,而且也在周末參加各類英語的培訓班,因此這三分之一的學生已經(jīng)能自學并在上課時能積極舉手發(fā)言。但是,由于現(xiàn)行教材的大容量和高密度,剩下的三分之二學生、特別是農(nóng)民工子女由于英語基礎(chǔ)弱、家庭條件及自身的重視程度不夠,對英語學習的積極性不高,上課也不愿意多說。

2、因此,作為教師只能通過適當?shù)慕虒W途徑進行有益調(diào)控和引導,充分發(fā)掘與運用教材所提供的有效信息,在情境中推進詞句學習的運用,努力做到讓他們開口說英語,利用現(xiàn)有的教材及方法以滿足不同層面學生之所需。教材分析: 5BM2U3 School Subjects 通過各類課程類單詞的學習以及timetable為主線串聯(lián)的問答學習,進一步了解學校課程的含義。在掌握課程類單詞表達的基礎(chǔ)上,形成課程表的內(nèi)容。同時,在運用所學課程類單詞的過程中,了解并判斷課程的重要與否,從而形成良好的學習習慣。在此過程中,鼓勵學生進行適當?shù)奶釤捙c概括,形成對某一類詞匯的認識與表述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,學會使用What classes do

3、 you have?來詢問別人的學習科目情況并進行合理應(yīng)對,從而形成對學校生活更為完整的認識與理解。本單元的重點句型包括:1. What classes do we have today? 2. We have Chinese, Maths, 3. Its time for 4. My favourite subject(s) is / are等,前兩個句型借助第一課時的單詞教學進行學習和鞏固,同時為第二課時的學習作好鋪墊;后兩個句型在第二課時中學習,并結(jié)合Its time to 句型的表達,幫助學生在比較中理解新授、加深對新授的認識、記憶與運用。為此,我們把第一課時的主題定為:Know ab

4、out our school subjects;第二課時的主題定為:Talk about our favourite subjects。而第三、四課時則在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過閱讀和故事教學鞏固新授,不僅使學生能熟練表達在校一天的學習生活安排,也體會到從不同的課程中可以獲得不同的知識,享受知識帶給我們的快樂。單元目標:知識要點: (1)能掌握輔音/j/, /h/和/w/的發(fā)音,掌握與之匹配的字母或字母組合,如:yes, you, yellow, year, he, hat, who, whose, we, wind, when, what等含有相同發(fā)音的單詞,做到學一個記一串。(2)能學習和掌握學科類

5、單詞,如:timetable, subject, Chinese, English, PE, IT, Art, Music, Maths, favourite等; (3)能運用問句來進行問答,如:- Whats your favourite subject? - My favourite subject is 同時,學會運用Its time for 的句型,并對時間表的安排做一定的闡述,了解他人的課程安排情況;(4)能用基本句型講述課程表的基本分布和安排,學習a short break和have a lunch break等,能基本句型組成短文加以運用。情感:通過各類課程類單詞的學習以及tim

6、etable為主線串聯(lián)的問答學習,進一步了解學校課程的含義。在掌握課程類單詞表達的基礎(chǔ)上,形成課程表的內(nèi)容。同時,在運用所學課程類單詞的過程中,了解并判斷課程的重要與否,從而形成良好的學習習慣。第3課時教學目標:1. 復習并鞏固第一、二課時的關(guān)鍵句型和核心詞匯;2. 理解break的含義,并能夠區(qū)分a short break 和a lunch break;3. 學會介紹某人的課程表,拓展學生周末的生活作息表;4. 進一步鞏固與拓展核心語言內(nèi)容,激發(fā)學生的學習興趣。Topic: Jacks timetableTeaching procedureStepsTeachers activitiesSt
